My intention is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchases. However, I understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange an item.
I have tried to keep the Returns Policy as simple and fuss free as possible. If you have any concern, I encourage you to contact me via my contact us page to discuss the matter, or of your intention to return an item.
Product returns will be accepted, and an exchange or refund provided where.
If you need to exchange a garment due to sizing, please contact me to ensure availability. I will cover the postage cost for the replacement garment. The customer must pay for the return postage of the original item that is to be exchanged.
